Getting There:
FROM THE NORTH:
- The site is just minutes out of Yackandandah, approximately 20 – 25 minutes drive from Wodonga;
- Turn off the Hume Highway at the Tallangatta Bypass – right onto Kiewa Valley Highway – right onto Wodonga-Yackandandah Rd – left onto Myrtleford-Yackandandah Rd – right onto Back Creek Rd – right onto Schmidt Lane.
- Note: fuel is more expensive in Yack, so we recommend fuelling up in Wodonga prior to the last leg of the trip.
FROM THE SOUTH
- You can either stay on the freeway to Wodonga and cut back to Yack, following the above instructions, OR
- Turn off at Wangaratta and travel up via Everton, Beechworth then Yackandandah. C315 takes about 50 minutes, not as good a road as the freeway
