If marshals available: Target Archery, Rapier, Thrown Weapons, Siege Weapons practice.
Mongolian barbeque 6 pm through 9 pm
War Council – starts 8:30 pm
Artisan’s Gathering (in the Great Hall)
Bardic Gathering 6 pm through midnight
Midnight to Dawn – Quiet on site
SATURDAY
Breakfast 7:00 am to 9:00 am
Inspections 8:30 am
Opening Gathering/Court & War Band Parade 9:00 am
War, Equestrian, A&S classes, Games 9: 30 am to 12:00 pm
Lunch 12:00 to 2:00 pm
War, Archery at Butts, A&S classes and Judging, Games 1:00 to 5:00 pm
Children’s/Servers Meal 5:30 pm
Feast 6:30 pm to 8 pm
‘Mouth from the South’ Bardic Competition 8 pm onward
followed immediately by a Semble / Pick, Pass or Play casual bardic gathering
Midnight to Dawn – Quiet on site
SUNDAY
Breakfast 7:00 am to 8:30 am

Tourneys 9:00 am to 12:30 pm (run concurrently to fit them all in)
Market, A&S classes & judging 9:00 am to 12:30 pm
Final Gathering 12:30 pm
Lunch from 1:00 pm – take away packs will be available.
