Pricing is based on several factors: how many people are attending, what ages are attending, and how early you book. Some costs are fixed and outside of our control, such as the non-member Event insurance. Prices rise closer to the event, as costs to factor in late bookings also rise. Booking early is preferred, and recommended.
Payment plans are available. Contact the Steward, Cairistiona, if you have any questions.
How the payment plan works: book early with a 25% deposit… and then each payday, fortnight, or month make a part payment. The total amount must be paid in full prior to the bookings cut-off date of 10 June 2026. The earlier you book, the more available payments can be made, making each payment smaller.

Bookings are essential. and must just the Booking form, including for day only.
Any payments not finalised on or before 10 June 2026 will be treated as an ‘at the Gate’ booking and will be required to pay the outstanding (higher) balance in order to attend the event.
Direct Deposit is the preferred method of payment. Please wait for the booking confirmation email from the Booking Officer before making payment. Please email the Booking Officer if you have not received confirmation within 48 hours of submitting a booking form.

Off board prices are available on booking form. All notified food allergies/requirements will be catered for. There are no on-site cooking facilities for ‘off board’ prices. |
